Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept any returns.

Delivery
We offer Royal Mail delivery , this will be delivered within 1- 3 working days. which is first class delivery singed or tracked. Royal Mail Special Delivery is for our bulk buyers this will be delivered before 1pm next day.

Can you tell me how to get the best results from the tanning & skin care range?
Yes - on request we can work with everyone of our customers personally as our tanning ability & expectations are all very different. We’re always free to chat on the website, socials & WhatsApp to ensure you achieve the best results.

Do the tan accelerators work for red heads? Do they work for people with very pale skin? Do they work if you’ve never been able to tan before ?
Yes to all of the above

Will my tan fade if I stop using them ?
Yes , but over time.

Do they work better in the sun or with a sunbed?
Yes they do work better with the sun.
​
Do they work on their own with no sunbed or hot sun?
Yes , it will be more of a natural colour but yes we have many customers which use them without the sunbeds.

What is the cut of time for a next day delivery?
2pm.- Monday-Friday. You will need to be in to sign for your package as this is a signed for service.

Where is my order?
You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Next day delivery is not guaranteed, as sometimes Royal Mail experience delays this is something out of our control.

My order has not been delivered/ lost, what happens now?
​
All lost orders or delivered to the incorrect address, has to be investigated by Royal Mail, this can take around 7-!0 days. Until a response has been provided we can not issue a replacement.
